Welcome to SGM Ideas! SGM Ideas is a "creative thought workshop"- a place where creative thinking and ideas are both celebrated and encouraged on these pages. All of the literature and positions taken by SGM Ideas will look to increase awareness in the honorable intellectual estate of man: his ability to reason and create.
Whether a creation is a beautiful painting, an astonishingly accurate statue of a human or a well-written or honest historical account of the past, this is a power that man shares with no other creature. In addition to creativity, man has the ability to use reason to assert claims, defend them, and analyze them with a desire for understanding toward truth and actuality.
In the world we live in today, ideas have lost their specificity. We are constantly assaulted with the proposition that all ideas are alike and only differentiated based on the perspective of each idea holder. No one is granted permission to hold to the good, true, and beautiful applicable to all people for all time. This workshop operates on the proposition that such truth is available and discernable. SGM Ideas attempts to fashion and formulate ideas for living based on the concept of truth.
